Women’s First Network Leadership Program

No-cost program empowering women at the start of their leadership journey

The Women’s First Network Leadership Program is designed specifically for women in high-stress public service and frontline roles who aspire to advance into leadership but have yet to step into those roles. These women may be early in their careers or experienced professionals in their fields but are looking to develop the foundational leadership skills that will enable them to move confidently into higher levels of responsibility.

Through this program, participants will gain practical, entry-level leadership skills that build their confidence and equip them with tools to navigate the challenges unique to high-pressure environments. This course is ideal for those who may not yet see themselves as leaders but are ready to explore their potential. Participants will learn strategies for effective communication, decision-making, resilience, and team dynamics, all within a supportive cohort of peers who share similar aspirations. By the end of the program, they will have both the knowledge and the network to take the first steps toward leadership, preparing them to make a greater impact in their chosen fields.

This transformative leadership program is offered at no cost to participants, thanks to generous bursaries and donations from Women’s First Network supporters who believe in empowering future leaders
